Application is performed on the ISOTEX application line with a high production capacity. The width of the applied textiles can be in the range from 60 to 160 cm, while the width of the application itself can be a maximum of 150 cm. A wide range of water-dispersible polymers and preparations is used for application. We apply the coating with a knife (squeegee) against the cylinder, against the base or against the material with an air squeegee. The coating can have a thickness from a few millimetres to a few tenths of a millimetre up to the so-called rubbing treatment. The offered technologies can be combined as required.
Face, back and barrier coating
We provide textile materials with an impermeable polymer layer using face, back or barrier coating technology. In the case of a face layer, this layer can serve as a visual modification modifying the character, appearance, mechanical resistance or colour shade of the textile and at the same time increases the impermeability to liquids or gases. The backing layer increases the impermeability and resistance of textiles without changing the appearance of the fabric from the visible side. In particular, the barrier coating on the fabric prevents the customer from penetrating the applied coating through the fabric structure during further processing, e.g. by pressing, rolling or hot application of glue to the mixtures. At the same time, this barrier coating ensures the adhesion of the textile to the subsequently applied mixture.
Stiffening and non-friable coating
With the technology of reinforcing and non-friable coating, we ensure the improvement of the useful and processing properties of the treated textile, especially from the reverse side. The breathability of textiles is usually maintained. The appearance of the fabric on the front side does not change during this treatment. The level of reinforcement can vary greatly, and the properties of the coating can also meet the customer's requirements in a wide range. The so-called non-friable coating enables trouble-free handling of these parts during further processing (e.g. punching or cutting out of parts).
Antimicrobial, fungicidal and repellent coating
We use antimicrobial, fungicidal and repellent treatments to provide various biocidal properties of textile materials. By treating textiles with these technologies, we are able to achieve high efficiency at low concentrations. The fabric is treated on one side and is usually part of some other type of coating.
Thermoplastic adhesive coating
Using the technology of thermoplastic adhesive coating, we provide the textile material with a layer of polymer sensitive to elevated temperature, which allows the customer to laminate textile parts according to their own needs. Thermoplastic adhesive coating can also be applied to some extent on the material, which is in the form of plates or boards.
Self-adhesive, PSA coating
Using the technology of self-adhesive (PSA) coating, we provide textile materials with a layer of a permanent adhesive pressure-sensitive polymer. This layer is covered with a separating foil. The coating can be of a quality for an auxiliary joint, where the customer cuts a part, places it on the product and then fastens it permanently without any problems, e.g. by sewing it on. The coating can also be in the quality of a durable functional joint, e.g. an automotive insulation part glued to the car structure.
Latex foam, insulating materials
Using the technology of production of latex foam and insulating materials, we provide the textile with a layer of mechanically whipped vulcanized latex rubber or another polymer. The specific weight of such a foam can be from 150 to 750 g/l. The thickness of the foam layer can be from 1 to 5 mm. These foam materials usually serve as a flexible and softening part in various products. It can also serve as part of a thermal or noise insulation system. We can also produce an incompressible foam that has similar properties to whipped foam, but the air “bubbles” formed cannot be deformed. This foam is used for thermal insulation with constant insulating properties.
Heat resistant, heat reflective and non-flammable finishes
Using the technology of heat-resistant and heat-reflective treatments, we provide textile materials with the ability to withstand elevated processing temperatures during further processing, or to reflect thermal radiation when using the product. We can provide these properties to textile materials alone or in combination with another type of coating.
By using non-flammable treatment technology, we ensure increased fire resistance according to the standards required by the customer by adding flame retardants to other types of coatings.
Using the technology of anti-slip treatments, we create a layer on the surface of the textile, which ensures increased friction of the textile against the base and prevents unwanted mutual movement.
We use blackout coating technology to ensure the opacity required of various products for textile materials.
Using abrasive coating technology, we provide the surface of textile materials with a layer of abrasive. The abrasive effects of these coatings vary widely.
